7. Revenue Streams

B2C - subscriptions (content, chat, rewards), in-app purchases (gifts, events, calls), livestream shopping commissions, Generative-AI video scenes. B2B - advertising, sponsored content, licensing.

1. Business-to-Consumer Revenues (B2C)

  1. Monthly Subscriptions

    • Subscription paywall for select content, private chat rooms, exclusive rewards, and trivia events set by show and/or cast (can range from $0.99 to $50 per month.

  2. In-App Purchases

    • Virtual gifts, tip-to-DM, 1-on-1 calls ($3 to $500; set by show and/or cast)

    • Access to virtual events (such as Q&A sessions, watch parties, or meet-and-greets with the cast and crew) ($0.99 to $100, depending on the event's exclusivity and the level of interaction)

  3. Live Shopping Commissions

    • Merchandise from Vibe Exclusive Shows (live shopping affiliates on the Vibe platform can earn 15% per sale for physical items and 30% for digital items)

    • Live shopping partners selling their own merchandise via Vibe Live shopping (Vibe will charge an 8% commission on the sold price of an item plus 2.9% + 30 cents payment processing fee for each transaction)

  4. Personalized Generative-AI Cast Video Scenes

    • Tiered pricing based on the level of customization and the popularity of the cast member (exact pricing still to be determined but examples could be, $25 for a basic personalized message, $50 for an extended message with more customization, and $100 for a premium message with the highest level of personalization)

2. Partners & Sponsor Revenues (B2B)

  1. Advertising and Sponsored Content

    • Income from in-app advertising, branded content, and sponsored promotions targeting the Gen Z demographic.

  2. Licensing and Distribution Revenues for Vibe Exclusive TV Shows

    • Involves earning income from licensing exclusive TV shows to media and entertainment conglomerates or content distributors.

    • This includes sublicensing to potential film distribution partners such as Village Roadshow, expanding reach, and capitalizing on content demand.
