10.1 Token Utility (VIBE)

Vibe will use the reach of the TV shows that we are partnering with, to drive the utility of the VIBE token.

Our goal is to achieve the same or better and that is why we link the utility of the VIBE token to the 2 shows we plan to release.

  1. Monthly Airdrops for Stakers

    1. We will have a zealy.io style questing campaigns for Web3 partners to run weekly user acquisition campaigns. Vibe will act as a zero-friction, zero-crypto knowledge funnel. Partners fund the drops. We keep a percentage that will be allocated to stakers.

  2. Token Buybacks from On-going Revenue:

    • We already have a potential pipeline of $5M in sponsorship revenue from South East Asia alone (BD for USA & Canada, LATAM, Europe, MENA and other APAC countries will start in August 2023).

    • We will allocation 20% of the profits from this to regularly buyback the Vibe tokens.

  3. Accessing Exclusive Content and Live Events:

    • Users can spend VIBE tokens on the Vibe website (not available on the Vibe app) to unlock exclusive content.

    • Once app store regulations are less restrictive, we will offer this on the mobile app as well.

  4. Purchasing Collectibles, Merchandise, and NFTs:

    • Users can use VIBE tokens on the Vibe website (not available on the Vibe app) to buy unique digital collectibles, merchandise, and NFTs related to their favorite TV shows and personalities.

    • Once app store regulations are less restrictive, we will offer this on the mobile app as well.

  5. Creative Councils: Token holders can access exclusive Creative Councils, influencing TV show production decisions. Monthly VIBE token fees are required to maintain membership (discounts for annual plans). The Creative Council membership plan will have tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and fees vary for each. Users can join multiple councils to enjoy more discounts:

    • Format Council: Members can contribute ideas and vote on the format and structure of new TV shows or changes to existing ones.

    • Casting Council: This group is involved in discussing and providing input on potential cast members for TV shows.

    • Merchandise & Collectibles Council: This group focuses on the development and curation of merchandise and collectibles related to the TV shows on the platform.

    • Content & Storyline Council: Members can provide feedback and suggestions on storylines, scripts, and other content-related aspects of TV show production.
