10.4 Use of Funds

All of the funds from the token sale will be allocated toward the production, distribution, and marketing of one of the two shows for which we have majority ownership rights.

MIN. 125M HOUSEHOLDS Our shows are currently in negotiations to be broadcast to minimally 125M households in Asia. More distribution partnerships with other regions will come after we complete the token raise.

TOKEN UTILITY DIRECTLY LINKED WITH THE SHOWS We will use the shows to drive the utility of the VIBE token.
